Vous serez directement embauché(e) en CDI à temps plein par notre entreprise adhérente située à ALTKIRCH.

Au sein d'une agence à taille humaine, vous aurez pour mission de développer et de faire vivre un portefeuille de clients particuliers. Votre quotidien sera rythmé par le conseil, la relation client et le développement commercial : vous accompagnez vos clients dans la durée, identifiez leurs besoins et leur apportez des réponses adaptées en matière d'assurance.

À l'aise dans une démarche commerciale, vous appréciez le contact client, savez créer une relation de confiance et êtes motivé(e) par le développement de votre portefeuille. Vous exercez votre métier avec professionnalisme et dans le respect des principes éthiques de la profession.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

  • Prendre en charge et développer un portefeuille de particuliers sur les différents produits d'assurance : automobile, habitation, santé et prévoyance
  • Être à l'écoute de vos clients afin de comprendre leur situation et de leur apporter des solutions personnalisées
  • Développer votre activité commerciale en identifiant les besoins complémentaires et les opportunités de multi-équipement
  • Gérer la vie des contrats, de la souscription aux renouvellements, en passant par les avenants et les évolutions de garanties
  • Être présent(e) aux côtés de vos clients en cas de sinistre et les accompagner dans leurs démarches auprès des différents interlocuteurs
  • Cultiver une relation de proximité et de confiance pour inscrire vos clients dans la durée et renforcer leur fidélité
  • Participer à la dynamique de l'agence et travailler au quotidien avec une équipe de 3 collaborateurs, dans un esprit de coopération et de performance collective

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Expérience : 5 ans minimum dans le secteur de l'assurance
  • Compétences : Bonnes connaissances des produits d'assurance destinés aux particuliers – Fibre commerciale – Fidélisation portefeuille clients

  • Rémunération : Salaire mensuel brut pouvant aller jusqu’à 2 750,00 € selon expérience et degré d’autonomie + primes variables pouvant aller jusqu’à 1 300 € brut par mois
