Nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa del rubro servicios, requiere incorporar a su equipo un(a):

RESPONSABLE COMERCIAL

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la formulación, ejecución, seguimiento y evaluación de los planes de negocios y proyectos comerciales asignados, para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales e impulsar su crecimiento. Negociar y concretar acuerdos con expositores, patrocinadores y aliados, y desarrollar la cartera de clientes a su cargo.

Requisitos

  • Ser titulado en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Administración de empresas, Negocios internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Con estudios de posgrado en gestión comercial, administración, marketing, planificación de negocios y/o gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión comercial, preferentemente en negocios B2B, con manejo de cartera, negociación y cumplimiento de metas; deseable experiencia en ferias, eventos, servicios empresariales o proyectos sectoriales.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo de proyectos, coordinación transversal, orientación a resultados, pensamiento analítico, planificación y adaptabilidad al cambio.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de formulación y seguimiento de planes de negocios, gestión comercial B2B, venta consultiva y manejo de cuentas clave.
  • Manejo de CRM y bases de datos comerciales. Excel aplicado al análisis e interpretación de datos. Se valorará manejo de herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa.
  • Elaboración y sustentación de propuestas y presentaciones (Canva).
  • Inglés intermedio, deseable avanzado.
