Als Juridisch Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening ben je het juridische aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken binnen het fysieke domein. Je adviseert over ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en zorgt ervoor dat plannen, procedures en besluitvorming voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Met jouw expertise lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan juridisch houdbare en zorgvuldig onderbouwde keuzes binnen complexe ruimtelijke opgaven. Je werkt samen met beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders, vergunningverleners en andere betrokken partijen. Daarbij weet je juridische risico's tijdig te signaleren en vertaal je veranderingen in wetgeving naar praktische oplossingen voor de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Adviseren over juridische vraagstukken binnen het ruimtelijk domein - Beoordelen en opstellen van ruimtelijke plannen en juridische documenten - Begeleiden van planologische procedures en ruimtelijke besluitvorming - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie bij bezwaar-, beroep- en andere juridische procedures - Vertalen van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet, naar de dagelijkse praktijk - Afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding rechten - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Jurist/ Beleidsadviseur RO - Ervaring met het beoordelen van bestemmingsplan...
