The posting

Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf in volle groei, actief in de productie en distributie van bouwmaterialen, zoeken we een Aankoper. Vanuit de Belgische site ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van verpakkingsmaterialen en de opvolging van de inbound logistiek.

Je komt terecht in een klein en dynamisch aankoopteam waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief krijgt. De functie combineert aankoop, leveranciersbeheer, onderhandelingen en logistieke opvolging.

  • Je beheert de aankoop van verpakkingsmaterialen en inbound transporten via weg, binnenvaart en containers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en neemt de prijs- en contractonderhandelingen op.
  • Je bewaakt gemaakte prijsafspraken en aankoopvoorwaarden.
  • Je stemt af met interne afdelingen om hun noden in kaart te brengen en zoekt hiervoor geschikte oplossingen.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je bewaakt de correcte uitvoering van inkomende transporten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op vlak van processen en producten.
  • Bij nieuwe materiaalbehoeften ga je oplossingsgericht op zoek naar geschikte alternatieven en formuleer je voorstellen.
  • Je vraagt offertes op, analyseert prijzen en voorwaarden en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je rapporteert aan de aankoopdirecteur.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische of logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen aankoop en beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent analytisch, kritisch en werkt graag met cijfers.
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke beheersing van Excel.
  • Ervaring met Business Central is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
