The posting

Voor een ambitieuze distributeur binnen de elektronica sector zoeken we een analytische aankoper die overzicht bewaart, kansen detecteert en actief meebouwt aan een efficiënte supply chain.

In deze functie speel je een sleutelrol tussen verkoop, leveranciers en logistiek.

Je zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn, volgt de voorraad nauwgezet op en vertaalt commerciële plannen naar een betrouwbare aankoopstrategie.

Wat ga je dan precies doen?

Als aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimale voorraadbeheer van verschillende merken en productgroepen.

Je analyseert verkoopgegevens, volgt marktontwikkelingen op en zorgt ervoor dat de beschikbaarheid van producten steeds afgestemd blijft op de vraag.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van aankooporders en bevoorradingsprocessen
  • Analyseren van verkoopdata en voorraadniveaus om toekomstige behoeften correct in te schatten
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van besteladviezen op basis van trends, promoties en commerciële acties

Daarbij komen ook volgende zaken voor:

  • Tijdig signaleren van stockbreuken, leveringsproblemen en overtollige voorraden
  • Actief afstemmen met de leveranciers omtrent forecasts, levertermijnen en beschikbaarheid
  • Correct onderhouden van artikelgegevens, prijzen en andere cruciale data in het ERP systeem

Je houdt ervan om data te analyseren, verbanden te leggen en oplossingen te vinden voordat problemen ontstaan.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en beschikt over een gezonde dosis kritisch denkvermogen.
