Jij houdt aankoop scherp

Als Aankoper zorg je ervoor dat materialen en producten tijdig, kwalitatief en tegen de juiste voorwaarden beschikbaar zijn. Je bewaakt niet alleen de dagelijkse opvolging, maar kijkt ook kritisch naar leveranciersprestaties, kostprijzen en verbeterkansen.

  • Je beheert het volledige aankoopproces, van offerteaanvraag tot bestelling en levering.
  • Je vergelijkt prijzen, voorwaarden en levertermijnen en onderhandelt met oog voor resultaat en duurzame samenwerking.
  • Je selecteert en evalueert leveranciers op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en prijszetting.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen nauwgezet op en grijpt tijdig in wanneer de planning onder druk komt.
  • Je behandelt afwijkingen rond kwaliteit, prijs en levering en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je analyseert aankoopdata en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Je bewaakt de juistheid van aankoopgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je stelt rapportages en analyses op die onderbouwde beslissingen ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en houdt overzicht over verschillende prioriteiten tegelijk.

Je impact zit in meer dan een correcte bestelling. Je helpt mee zorgen voor continuïteit, kostenbeheersing en leveranciersrelaties waarop de organisatie kan bouwen.

Je combineert analytisch inzicht met commerciële alertheid. Je houdt ervan om zaken scherp te bekijken, durft te onderhandelen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer beslissingen nodig zijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar verliest tempo en resultaat niet uit het oog.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in een economische, logistieke of technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen aankoop of supply chain is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en besluitvaardig kenmerken jou.
  • Je hebt sterke onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een plus.
