De functie inhoud Als aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aankopen van materialen, diensten en werken voor verschillende bouwprojecten.

  • Offertes opvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Aankopen opvolgen van aanvraag tot bestelling.
  • Prijzen en voorwaarden afstemmen met projectleiders.
  • Leveranciers selecteren en contacten onderhouden.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in aankoop binnen de bouwsector.
  • Goede kennis van materialen, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Ondernemend, besluitvaardig en georganiseerd.
  • Zelfstandig en deadlinegericht.
