The posting

Als Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een leveranciersportefeuille binnen specifieke productcategorieën. Je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor deze leveranciers en zorgt voor een nauwe, strategische samenwerking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Onderhandelen van contracten en prijsafspraken met leveranciers.

Implementeren van aankoopstrategieën en het bewaken van de naleving ervan.

Monitoren en stimuleren van leveranciersprestaties op vlak van kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en kostenefficiëntie (KPIs).

Coördineren van kwaliteits- en logistieke verbetertrajecten met leveranciers.

Actief bijdragen aan de algemene leveranciersontwikkeling.

Ondersteunen van projectaankoop bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen.

Verkennen van de markt op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers, technologieën, materialen en trends.

Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten binnen het aankoopproces.

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in (bedrijfs)economie of engineering.

Je hebt ervaring in strategische aankoop binnen een internationale context, liefst voor productievestigingen.

Je bent bedreven in internationale onderhandelingen.

Je hebt een goede materiaalkennis en technisch inzicht.

Je werkt cijfermatig en baseert beslissingen op feiten.

Je bent een sterke netwerker en werkt vlot samen met multidisciplinaire teams.

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en Duits is een plus.

Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.

Je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen binnen Europa en naar het Verre Oosten.

Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en bent resultaatgericht.

Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, met oog voor kwaliteit.
