Voor onze klant in Aartselaar zijn wij op zoek naar een inside sales.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

Als Inside Sales medewerker ben jij het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor onze professionele klanten in heel Europa. Je bouwt een persoonlijke relatie op met onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en deskundig geholpen worden.

Onze klanten zijn onder andere bandencentrales, garages, importeurs en grote voertuigvloten.

Je wordt binnen een bepaalde niche van de bandenwereld een echte specialist. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:

  • Speciale 4x4-banden
  • Quad- en ATV-banden
  • Oldtimerbanden
  • Trailerbanden
  • Andere gespecialiseerde banden

Onze dealers rekenen op jouw kennis en advies. Het doel is om hen zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen en een oplossing te bieden die perfect aansluit bij hun behoeften.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks telefonisch, via e-mail en WhatsApp contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Professionele klanten adviseren over banden en toepassingen.
  • Je ontwikkelen tot specialist in één of meerdere niches binnen de bandenwereld.
  • Klanten helpen bij het vinden van de juiste bandenoplossing.
  • Een persoonlijke en langdurige relatie met dealers opbouwen.
  • Proactief meedenken met klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.
  • Samen met Jean-Marie acties en promoties uitwerken.
  • Promoties en commerciële acties communiceren naar dealers via e-mail en sociale media.
  • Klantvragen opvolgen van aanvraag tot oplossing.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en leveranciers om klanten optimaal te bedienen.
  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma middelbaar onderwijs. Een hoger diploma is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Frans (minimaal ongeveer 6,5/10). Je hoeft niet perfect te zijn, maar je moet vlot een alledaags telefoongesprek kunnen voeren.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Engels.
  • Je krijgt energie van contact met klanten en helpt mensen graag verder.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en positief ingesteld.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste werkervaring.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in auto's en de automotive sector.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verdiepen in de wereld van banden en daarin een echte expert te worden.
