Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Entwicklung neuer Anlagen sowie im Aufbau bzw. Planung der neuen Pulverproduktion

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktion von Reinigungs- und Hygienelösungen

* Du bringst deine Erfahrung aus der Produktionsleitung aktiv ein und entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und Abläufe kontinuierlich weiter

* Du liebst es, Anlagen zu optimieren - und sorgst dafür, dass unsere moderne Produktion ihr volles Potenzial entfaltet

* Sicherstellung von Effizienz, Qualität und Sicherheit in allen Produktionsprozessen

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktions-Teams

* Analyse bestehender Abläufe sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren Schnittstellen

Fühlt sich das richtig für dich an?

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsleitung oder -steuerung

* Begeisterung für Produktionsprozesse und insbesondere für die Optimierung von Anlagen

* Kenntnisse im Produktionsmanagement, idealerweise auch Lean-Methoden

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
