* Verantwortung für die gesamte Exportauftragsabwicklung inkl. Kundenkontakt, Planung und Lieferung

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 8 Mitarbeitenden, inklusive Unterstützung, Delegation und Koordination der Aufgaben

* Organisation der termingerechten Bereitstellung der Ware sowie Auswahl und Koordination geeigneter Transportmittel

* Erstellung von Transportdokumenten, Fakturierung und Versand aller kundenbezogenen Unterlagen

* Laufende Abstimmung mit Planung und Sales sowie Koordination mit Speditionen zur Optimierung von Service und Kosten

* Reporting an den Bereichsleiter, Pflege der Export-Stammdaten und Durchführung von Zollaktivitäten gemäß interner Richtlinien

Wir erwarten

* Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung (Uni/FH) aus dem Bereichen Export, Betriebswirtschaft, Internationale Wirtschaft oder Ähnliches

* Mindestens 3- 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld incl. Mitarbeiterführung

* Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und interkulturelle Kompetenz

* Proaktive, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, gutes Zeitmanagement und sorgfältige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Team- und Kundenorientierung mit Geschick im Umgang mit verschiedenen Business Partnern
