Zur Stärkung unserer DMC (Drives, Motion und Controls) Division suchen wir ab sofort im Großraum Linz eine/n Account Manager Österreich / Sales Engineer Österreich (m/w/d) Was Sie erwartet: Aktiver Vertrieb modernster Automatisierungslösungen (Servoantriebs- und Frequenzumrichter Lösungen) in Österreich Proaktive Neukundenakquise und Identifikation neuer Markt- und Absatzpotenziale Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms in Österreich Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen, Produktpräsentationen und technischen Beratungen Führung professioneller Verkaufsgespräche inklusive Vertragsverhandlungen Verantwortung für die Erreichung der vereinbarten Umsatzziele Teilnahme an Messen, kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus dem Headquarter (Business Units Motion Control und Drives) bzw. der Robotics-Division Was wir erwarten: Wohnsitz im Großraum Linz Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Antriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik (HTL/FH) Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb von Vorteil - idealerweise in der Antriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität mit Fokus auf Ergebnisse und Kundennutzen Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungskompetenz und Überzeugungskraft Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und soziale Kompetenz Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und modernen CRM-Systemen Wir bieten: Wir wissen, dass neue Perspektiven durch Menschen entstehen - durch Sie.
