Het MKB is onze klantengroep, en de agrarische sector en de recreatiesector zijn prominent aanwezig bij ons. Functie omschrijving Accountant (aankomend partner) De Partner-accountant zal een sleutelrol spelen in het strategisch leiderschap en de verdere groei van ons kantoor. De ideale kandidaat zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten, het beheren van bestaande klantrelaties en het bieden van hoogwaardige dienstverlening, alsook het aansturen en managen van personeel. Verder zal de vennotabele accountant een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling van de kantoren, zowel op operationeel als op strategisch niveau. Affiniteit met de agrarische sector zou een pré zijn. Welke Kwalificaties heb jij? - Een afgeronde accountancyopleiding (AA of RA) en ingeschreven in het register van de NBA. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de accountancy, waarvan enkele jaren in een leidinggevende, aansturende of managementrol. - Sterk ondernemerschap en commerciële vaardigheden. - Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. - Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en vermogen om een team te motiveren en te leiden. - Hoge mate van integriteit en professioneel ethisch gedrag. - Bekwaam in het gebruik van moderne accountancysoftware en andere relevante technologieën.
