De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Accountant in Komen?

  • Je controleert en verwerkt aankoopfacturen voor de Belgische en Franse vennootschappen in Exact Online.
  • De verkoopfacturatie neem je mee voor je rekening en je zorgt dat facturen tijdig en correct bij de klanten terechtkomen.
  • Je bereidt de btw-aangiftes voor en past de Belgische btw-regels correct toe. Kennis van de Franse regelgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar kan je hier verder aanleren.
  • Binnen Build volg je de interne goedkeuringsflows op en voer je zelfstandig controles uit tussen facturen, bestelbonnen en leveringen.
  • Ook de zakelijke betaalkaarten volg je op: van saldi controleren tot budgetten tijdig opladen.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige gegevens en bewijsstukken voor rapportering, statistieken en dossierbeheer en berekent onder meer commissielonen voor zelfstandigen.
  • Digitale processen kunnen altijd beter. Daarom krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over automatisering en efficiëntere boekhoudprocessen.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je de dagelijkse administratieve werking door onder meer algemene mailboxen en inkomende post op te volgen.

Onze klant Als Accountant in Komen kom je terecht bij een groeiende bouwgroep met activiteiten in België en Frankrijk. Je werkt mee aan de boekhouding van verschillende vennootschappen en krijgt een brede rol binnen een hecht finance team. Bovendien zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Hoofdboekhouder. Wie ben jij als Accountant regio Komen?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een financiële richting.
  • Cijfers liggen je en je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Verschillende taken tegelijk? Daar krijg je net energie van. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en bewaart het overzicht.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en bent vooral benieuwd om nieuwe zaken bij te leren.
  • Een goede schriftelijke kennis van Frans is een mooie troef, zeker gezien de Franse vennootschappen.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online of Blue10 is mooi meegenomen.
