Wil jij als Accountant het volledige boekhoudproces in handen nemen binnen een dynamisch en snelgroeiend bedrijf? Zoek je een functie met korte communicatielijnen, waarin je rechtstreeks samenwerkt met de CFO en écht impact hebt op de financiële werking? En ben je klaar om op termijn door te groeien naar een rol als Finance Manager?

Voor een snelgroeiend bedrijf in regio Beernem zoeken we een ervaren Accountant. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving met een gedreven team en krijgt als rechterhand van de CFO veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie. Terwijl de organisatie verder groeit, krijg jij de kans om mee te groeien en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jouw takenpakket als Accountant:

  • Je neemt het volledige operationele boekhoudproces van A tot Z voor je rekening, van facturen en financiële transacties tot btw-aangiftes, afsluitingen en fiscaliteit. Zo krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid en bouw je een sterke allround expertise op binnen accounting.
  • Je beheert de financiële cyclus en volgt debiteuren op, zodat openstaande posten tijdig worden opgevolgd en de cashflow gezond blijft. Hierdoor krijg je rechtstreeks inzicht in de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie en leer je verder kijken dan de klassieke boekhouding.
  • Je neemt verschillende administratieve en ondersteunende financiële processen op en werkt hiervoor samen met interne en externe partners. Zo krijg je een brede kijk op de organisatie en ontwikkel je vaardigheden die je voorbereiden op een toekomstige leidinggevende rol.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en proactief en fungeert als belangrijke financiële sparringpartner voor de CFO. Daardoor krijg je veel vertrouwen, korte lijnen en de ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie.

Profiel vereisten als Accountant:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accounting, Fiscaliteit of gerelateerde richting.
  • Minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
