Als Accounting Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en betrouwbare financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat transacties juist worden verwerkt, grootboekrekeningen aansluiten en rapportages op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen duidelijke kaders en bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het Finance-team. Wat ga je doen? Als Accounting Specialist zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële administratie op orde is en blijft. Een groot deel van je werk bestaat uit het verwerken, controleren en afstemmen van financiële gegevens. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratie, lost afwijkingen op en zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op correcte financiële informatie. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - - Uitvoeren van accountingactiviteiten en zorgen voor een correcte financiële administratie. - - Verwerken en controleren van financiële transacties volgens geldende richtlijnen. - - Opstellen van financiële rapportages. - - Uitvoeren van grootboek- en balansspecificaties. - - Signaleren en oplossen van verschillen in de administratie. - - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. - - Afstemmen van financiële gegevens met collega's binnen Finance en andere afdelingen. - - Bewaken van kwaliteit, volledigheid en tijdigheid van financiële gegevens. - - Signaleren van knelpunten in administratieve processen en meedenken over verbeteringen. - - Zorgen dat afspraken, procedures en planningen worden nageleefd.
