Als dynamische Commercial Lead bij Momo ben jij het gezicht voor zorgorganisaties in jouw regio en werk je met je team aan het vergroten van onze impact. We zoeken een commercial lead voor de regio Amsterdam. Wie is Momo? Momo Medical is een snelgroeiende en ambitieuze scale-up in Delft, gericht op het aanpakken van een van de grootste maatschappelijke uitdagingen: de toekomst van de (ouderen)zorg. De komende 10 jaar gaat de zorgvraag verdubbelen, terwijl 30% van de huidige zorgmedewerkers met pensioen gaat. Met onze innovatieve oplossingen willen we zowel de druk op de zorgmedewerkers verlagen als de kwaliteit van zorg verbeteren. Kortom: de levenskwaliteit van bewoners in verpleeghuizen verhogen en meer werkplezier creëren voor zorgmedewerkers. De meest waardevolle aspecten aan deze rol Je haalt nieuwe pilots bij zorgorganisaties binnen, zorgt dat deze worden geconverteerd naar samenwerkingen en zorgt dat deze nog verder groeien (36-40u/w). Jij hebt minimaal 2 jaar sales ervaring, bent een doorzetter en kan goed met verschillende lagen in een organisatie communiceren. ⭐ €4500-5500 (obv 40u) + een bonus voor behaalde resultaten, Tesla van Momo om door het hele land te rijden, flexibele dagindeling, en opleiding en coaching door onze eigen sales coach Je bent minimaal 6 dagdelen p/w 'on the road' en in gesprek met zorgorganisaties in jouw regio en 1 dag per week in ons kantoor in Delft Je draagt bij aan betere zorg voor bewoners van verpleeghuizen en een verlaging van de werkdruk voor medewerkers.
