Jouw taak is het uitbreiden van de business van Quality. Als Accountmanager IT bij Quality ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties en het creëren van opdrachten via bestaande netwerken en partnerkanalen. Je bent veel onderweg. Je gaat bij klanten langs, voert gesprekken met beslissers en zet ons netwerk actief om in business. Je signaleert behoeften en vertaalt deze naar diensten, projecten of de inzet van onze specialisten. Je bent de schakel tussen onze professionals en de klant, en je creëert kansen. Dat doe je door bij collega's langs te gaan op hun opdracht, te horen wat er speelt en van het ene contact het volgende te maken. Je bedient onze actieve accounts en brengt accounts die stil zijn gevallen weer tot leven, want je weet dat business ontstaat in gesprekken. Tegelijkertijd gaat deze rol verder dan accountmanagement alleen. Je begrijpt hoe een goede accountstrategie werkt en weet welke accounts prioriteit verdienen en bepaalt waar de meeste commerciële potentie zit. Je schakelt soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering en vertaalt plannen direct naar concrete acties: wie je deze week spreekt, welk voorstel je uitwerkt en welke afspraak je vastlegt. Ook AI hoort daarbij. Je gebruikt het om sneller van een idee naar een voorstel, accountplan of gerichte opvolging te komen.
