Als accountmanager retail kun jij hier je volgende loopbaanstap maken. Door verkoopleider Arne word je klaargestoomd voor deze verantwoordelijke strategische sales functie. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Zwolle krijg jij de kans je commerciële visie uit te dragen om het marktaandeel in de retailtak verder te vergroten. De vooruitgang start bij jou! Accountmanager met strategische visie Als accountmanager speel jij een belangrijke rol als het gaat om strategische keuzes rondom de marktpositionering en het verder vergroten van het aandeel in de retailtak. Samen met de verkoopleider is dit jullie eindverantwoordelijkheid. Je analyseert hoe Wijzonol het in de markt doet en waar commercieel verbetering behaald kan worden. De hiervoor uitbedachte strategie draag je zowel intern als extern naar je relaties uit. De succesvolle koers dat Wijzonol vaart zet je daarom mede voort door het stimuleren van de verkoop bij retailkanalen. Denk hierbij aan bouwmarkten en bekende verfspeciaalzaken. Kortom, jij bent verantwoordelijk voor: • het bedenken en uitzetten van het commercieel strategische plan (o.a. marktpositionering); • het coördineren van verkoopacties (adviseren en optimaliseren van het assortiment) op basis van omzet/rendement analyses; • het stimuleren van de verkoop bij retailkanalen (relatiebeheer, new business). Als strategisch accountmanager kun jij rekenen op: Een warm bad en persoonlijke aandacht, want bij Wijzonol draait het om de mens. Jouw nieuwe werkgever staat naast 'samen' en 'zinnige innovatie' voor 'betrokkenheid'. Wijzonol is ambitieus, maar niet ten koste van alles.
