The posting

Als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige geriatrie werk je nauw samen met de hoofdverpleegkundige van het zorgprogramma geriatrie. Samen bouw je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorgeenheid, in lijn met de missie en visie van AZ Zeno en de geldende wetgeving.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse operationele werking en draagt actief bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering en vernieuwing binnen de zorg.

Concreet:

  • Je neemt verschillende deeltaken en verantwoordelijkheden op en rapporteert hierover aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je staat mee in voor een vlotte personeelsplanning en neemt het uurroostersysteem over bij afwezigheid van je leidinggevende. Je toont hierbij het nodige organisatievermogen en flexibiliteit.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de hoofdverpleegkundige zorgprogramma geriatrie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor verpleegkundigen en andere medewerkers van de zorgeenheid.
  • Je volgt de correcte en volledige registratie in de patiëntendossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en zet mee acties op om de kwaliteit van zorg verder te versterken en vernieuwing te stimuleren.
  • Je bent een inspirerende coach die medewerkers ondersteunt, motiveert, talenten ontwikkelt en samen met het team naar groei en verbetering zoekt.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan vergaderingen en aan een driemaandelijkse intervisie met het diensthoofd en de zorgmanager geriatrie.

Jij maakt het verschil

We zoeken niet alleen iemand met de juiste ervaring, maar vooral iemand die mensen kan verbinden en enthousiasmeren.

Je:

  • beschikt over een bachelor in de verpleegkunde of vroedkunde;
  • hebt een BBT geriatrie of bent bereid deze opleiding te volgen of 16u opleidingsuren geriatrie te volgen per jaar;
  • hebt ruime ervaring binnen het geriatrische zorgdomein;
  • beschikt bij voorkeur over een kaderopleiding en/of Banaba Zorgmanagement in de gezondheidszorg, of bent bereid deze in de toekomst te volgen;
  • hebt je eerste ervaring opgedaan in people management en je wil je verder ontwikkelen als leidinggevende;
  • werkt zelfstandig, maar weet tegelijk hoe belangrijk samenwerking is;
  • bent stressbestendig, leergierig en staat open voor kritische zelfreflectie;
  • weet een team te motiveren, coachen en enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in verandering;
  • je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, vernieuwing en continue verbetering;
  • bent bereid om je werkuren flexibel in te zetten wanneer de werking dit vraagt.
