Onze klant is gevestigd in Sint-Gillis-Waas. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het inzamelen, verwerken en bewerken van allerhande metaalschroot. Elke dag opnieuw staat een gemotiveerd team van specialisten in voor de ontvangst en het klaarstomen van de verschillende kwaliteiten. Ondersteund door een divers machinepark, zorgen zij ervoor dat schroot in verschillende kwaliteiten en afmetingen kan verwerkt worden en dit volgens de wensen van onze afnemers. Of het nu sorteren, knippen, persen, branden of zelfs vermalen is, zij bieden steeds een correcte oplossing aan hun leveranciers.

Jobomschrijving

Als allround administratief bediende ondersteun je ons team in uiteenlopende administratieve en logistieke taken. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en wordt een cruciale schakel in het dagelijks functioneren van onze recyclageactiviteiten.

Takenpakket Weegbrugbeheer: je beheert de weegbrug voor zowel aankoop- als verkoopvrachten, waarbij je zorgt voor correcte registratie en opvolging van gewichten. Je ontvangt klanten aan het loket en zorgt voor het uitvoeren van de betaling. Transporten regelen: je vraagt transporten aan en volgt deze op. Daarnaast verwerk je de administratie hieromtrent nauwkeurig in ons systeem. Verkoopfacturatie: je zorgt voor de opvolging van zendingen, controleert de contracten en stock, en maakt de verkoopfacturen op. Stockbeheer: in samenspraak met de werfverantwoordelijke volg je de voorraad op om ervoor te zorgen dat we voldoende stock hebben voor verkoop.

  • Je bent stressbesteding en punctueel
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring met export en declaraties
