  • ISO-handboek onderhouden: documenten, procedures en versiebeheer up-to-date houden
  • Gegevens correct verwerken en archiveren — alles netjes terugvindbaar
  • Facturatie voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen

Kwaliteit & regelgeving

  • Wetgeving vertalen: Europese regelgeving doorgronden en omzetten naar Belgische context
  • Procedures actueel houden in functie van nieuwe wettelijke vereisten
  • Checklists en kwaliteitsdocumenten up-to-date houden
  • Klanten informeren bij wijzigingen — jij bent hun aanspreekpunt
  • Meedenken aan continue verbetering van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
