Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding

Voor onze groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding die onze boekhoudafdeling mee ondersteunt. Je komt terecht in een warm en familiaal team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Samen met je directe collega vorm je een sterke tandem en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen vlot verlopen.

Jouw uitdaging

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een interesse in boekhouding en draagt zo bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Verwerken en boeken van financiële verrichtingen en bankafschriften
  • Verwerken van kasverrichtingen en opvolgen van kasverschillen
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersherinneringen
  • Controleren en bevestigen van ontvangen betalingen voor nieuwe voertuigen
  • Opmaken van diverse facturen
  • Verwerken van Visa-uitgaven en onkostennota's
  • Controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen
  • Opvolgen van bestelbonnen, leveranciers en vaste kosten
  • Beheren van verschillende mailboxen en administratieve dossiers
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's, klanten en leveranciers
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van boekhoudkundige dossiers

Je hoeft geen ervaren boekhouder te zijn. We zoeken vooral een enthousiaste administratieve professional die graag met cijfers werkt, nauwkeurig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
