Administratief Medewerker Employee Benefits Administratief Medewerker Employee Benefits Wij zoeken een Administratief Medewerker Employee Benefits voor minimaal 32 uur per week die ons team komt versterken in Alkmaar (pre) of Rotterdam. Stel je voor: je start je dag in een team waar employee benefits niet zomaar 'poliswerk' is, maar een belangrijke schakel in het totaalpakket voor onze klanten. Als Administratief Medewerker Employee Benefits zorg jij ervoor dat alle collectieve werknemersverzekeringen (pensioen, zorg en inkomen) tot in de puntjes kloppen. Je verwerkt mutaties, beheert polisgegevens en schakelt soepel tussen klanten, verzekeraars en collega's. Met jouw oog voor detail én klantbeleving ben jij de stabiele factor in een dynamische omgeving. Je bent de spin in het web van onze EB administratie: je controleert polisstukken en deelnemersgegevens in portalen, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat klanten op de juiste manier geïnformeerd worden. Je vindt het leuk om zaken uit te zoeken, te schakelen met verzekeraars en collega's en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze processen en systemen. In jouw rol ben je niet alleen uitvoerend, maar ook meedenkend: je stelt vragen, denkt in oplossingen en helpt zo de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Wat ga je doen? De werkzaamheden als Administratief Medewerker Employee Benefits bestaan o.a. uit: - Correct administratief verwerken van nieuwe en gewijzigde EB-verzekeringen - Invoeren en beheren van polisgegevens in onze systemen - Controleren van werknemersgegevens - Verzenden van (digitale) polisbescheiden en nota's - Afhandelen van mutaties binnen standaardoplossingen - Controleren en verwerken van naverrekeningen, premies en provisies - Verwerken van prolongaties - Schriftelijke en mondelinge correspondentie met verzekeraars en relaties - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten, verzekeraars en collega's - Meewerken aan de doorontw...
