Bij Arctic Airconditioning in Almere zoeken wij een Administratief Medewerker voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Jij vormt de administratieve spil van ons team en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Met onze snelle groei als airco-specialist in Flevoland bieden wij een afwisselende en dynamische werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken en archiveren van werkbonnen en facturen in ons beheersysteem - Telefonisch en per e-mail klanten te woord staan en doorverwijzen - Plannen en inroosteren van monteurs en servicegesprekken - Offertes invoeren, opvolgen en versturen naar klanten - Bijhouden van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie - Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse operationele processen Wat breng jij mee? - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding (niveau 3-4), richting administratie of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een administratieve functie - Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Uitstekende Nederlandse taalvaardigheid in woord en geschrift - Klantvriendelijk, proactief en stressbestendig Wat bieden wij jou? - Contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (o.b.v. fulltime) - Reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,23/km) - Prestatiebeloning bij goede resultaten - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en toegang tot opleidingen Waarom werken bij Arctic Airconditioning?
