Voor een gerenommeerde organisatie in vastgoedonderhoud zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Administratief Medewerker Vastgoed. Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het onderhouden, verbeteren en verduurzamen van woningen en werkt dagelijks aan het verhogen van wooncomfort. Binnen deze rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het administratieve proces en draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van projecten. Over deze werkgever Jij komt te werken bij een dynamische organisatie in Rotterdam die zich richt op renovatie, onderhoud en verduurzaming van woningen. Jij maakt deel uit van een betrokken team dat zich bezighoudt met vastgoedservice, waaronder dagelijks onderhoud en kleinere renovaties. Het is een omgeving waarin samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ondersteun je de afdeling op administratief en financieel gebied. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct en volledig worden verwerkt, zodat projecten soepel kunnen verlopen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van facturen, het bijhouden van projectadministratie en het beantwoorden van vragen van crediteuren en debiteuren. Daarnaast denk je mee over procesverbeteringen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aanmaken en beheren van projecten in het systeem - Inlezen van werkbegrotingen - Verwerken van inkomende facturen en inkooporders - Zorgdragen voor uitgaande facturatie en debiteurenbewaking - Registreren van gerealiseerde uren - Ondersteunen bij voorraadbeheer - Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van vragen van crediteuren en debiteuren Wat neem jij mee?
