ComTIS Services is expert in het technisch en bouwkundig onderhoud van gebouwen. Dit doen we steeds met een totaalvisie door te kijken naar de volledige levensloop van elk pand, evenals het comfort van de gebruikers.

Wij bieden onze klanten raad en ondersteuning. Voor ons is een kwalitatieve klantenservice zeer belangrijk! We denken mee met de klant, we gaan bij hen langs om de vraag zo goed mogelijk in kaart te brengen, we zorgen voor een goede opvolging van de werken en springen in waar nodig.

Als voltijds administratief bediende bij ons:

  • Administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van overheidsopdrachten en aanbestedingen
  • Initiatief nemen en tijdig indienen van dossiers bij aanbestedingen
  • Opvolgen van vervaldata en tijdig aanvragen van nieuwe of vernieuwde documenten
  • Volmachten per dossier opstellen en laten ondertekenen
  • Verslagen en registers bijhouden
  • Administratie TM vennootschappen
  • Dossier erkenning samenstellen en indienen
  • Organisatie evenementen en meetings
  • Presentaties voorbereiden (bediendevergadering, interne vergaderingen,…)
  • Ondersteunen administratieve krachten (indexatieformules, attesten opvolgen, uren interim,…)
  • Ondersteuning debiteuren

Wie ben jij als voltijds administratief bediende?

  • Een nauwkeurige en goed georganiseerde collega die graag structuur brengt in verschillende dossiers
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat- of bachelordiploma in een administratieve of juridische richting
  • Discretie en vertrouwelijkheid draag jij hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) kent geen geheimen voor je!
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
