Deze is gespecialiseerd is kwalitatief hand- en elektronisch gereedschap voor zowel de doe-het-zelf als professionele markt. Vanuit Tessenderlo bevoorraden zij klanten en filialen van hun producten binnen en buiten Europa met hun producten van Stanley, Black&Decker, DeWalt, Bostitch en Powers.

Jobomschrijving

Als werknemer van Stanley Black&Decker (SBD) stel je “de klant” steeds centraal. Dit betekent in eerste instantie tesamen met het team ervoor zorgen dat de orders op tijd en correct het magazijn verlaten.

De Administrator Transport is verantwoordelijk voor de planning en bestellen van het transport om on time shipment te kunnen garanderen.

  • Het beheren van de transportplanning en het bestellen van transport
  • Het aanmaken van CMR-documenten
  • Het voorbereiden van dossiers voor carriers (pakbonnen, facturen, enz.)
  • Het beheren van de ontvangst van vrachtwagenchauffeurs (loket)
  • Het dagelijkse communiceren met operations
  • Het dagelijkse communiceren met transportbedrijven
  • De dagelijkse opvolging van Peripass
  • Het onderhouden van een goede samenwerking en teamovedracht met collega planners.

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Je bent punctueel en accuraat in dagdagelijks werk
  • Je stelt juiste prioriteiten en bent organisatorisch sterk
  • Je kan goed communiceren en denkt probleemoplossend
  • Je bent flexibel,stressbestendig en zelfstandig
  • Je werkt zeer resultaatgericht
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van Engels
  • Extra talen zijn een plusplunt
  • Je hebt ervaring met het MS office pakket en eventueel ook kennis van Peripass
  • Kennis van RPD/SAP
  • Je hebt een 5tal jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
