Adviseur asset- en onderhoudsmanagement vastgoed - Gouda Bij Helix kun je een fundamentele bijdrage leveren aan het duurzaam beheersen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het vastgoed van diverse opdrachtgevers. Als adviseur voeg jij op professionele manier waarde toe aan overheden, zorginstellingen, woningcorporaties en vastgoedbeheerders in heel Nederland door hen te helpen om grip te krijgen op hun vastgoed. Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur asset- en onderhoudsmanagement ben je voor onze opdrachtgevers de specialist en generalist bij (integrale) vraagstukken rondom het duurzaam in stand houden van vastgoed. Je geeft onze opdrachtgevers advies met betrekking tot het instandhoudingsbeleid. Om de juiste beslissingen te kunnen nemen over hun vastgoedportfolio, is inzicht in de technische en functionele staat van het vastgoed essentieel. Vastgoeddata en -informatie speelt hierin een grote rol. Je ordent en analyseert deze data en informatie en haalt de essentie hier uit. Zodat dit vertaald kan worden naar adviezen over praktische oplossingen en passend beleid voor instandhouding van het vastgoed voor meerdere jaren. Jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat dit inzicht voor onze opdrachtgevers wordt gerealiseerd. Zo krijgen zij grip op hun vastgoed. Dit doe je met onderstaande werkzaamheden: - Adviseren bij het definiëren en de inrichting van onderhoudsmanagementprocessen, werkwijzen en methodieken in relatie tot de organisatiedoelen en doelen voor de assetportfolio - Vertalen van vastgoedstrategievraagstukken naar assetdoelen, eisen en beleid voor het in stand houden van de vastgoedobjecten in relatie tot tactische en operationele onderhoudsmanagementprocessen - Uitvoeren van data-analyses van diverse onderhoud-technische gegevens, specialistische onderzoeken en maatwerkadviezen voor het opstellen van integrale plannen voor instandhouding - Adviseren in en meewerken aan het tot stand brengen van nieuwe marktsamenwerkingen waaronder ...
