Welke account(s) je gaat bedienen bepalen we in overleg. Je bent sparringpartner voor directeuren en managers en adviseert hen over vraagstukken op het gebied van organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, verandering en HR. Je weet wat er speelt binnen jouw account(s), signaleert ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar adviezen en concrete acties. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag. Je denkt mee over de koers van het organisatieonderdeel, de ontwikkeling van teams en medewerkers en de uitdagingen van morgen. Jij voert de regie. Dat betekent niet dat je alles zelf oplost, maar wel dat je overzicht creëert, de juiste mensen in positie brengt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken daadwerkelijk in beweging komen. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie, weet snel de juiste verbindingen te leggen en bent voor management en directie een stevige en betrouwbare gesprekspartner. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's en interne stakeholders aan ROC-brede HR-thema's. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan strategische personeelsplanning, de gesprekkencyclus en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-dienstverlening. Afhankelijk van het onderwerp treed je op als projectleider, aanjager of inhoudelijk adviseur. We bevinden ons als Dienst Mens & Organisatie in een ontwikkeling naar een sterke strategische businesspartner voor de organisatie. We zoeken daarom iemand die eigenaarschap toont, initiatief neemt, richting durft te geven en waar nodig grenzen stelt. Iemand die verder kijkt dan de vraag van vandaag en actief bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van onze dienstverlening.
