De opgaven binnen ons waterschap worden steeds complexer en brengen meer onzekerheden met zich mee. Juist daarom zijn goede projectbeheersing en het tijdig signaleren en beheersen van risico's essentieel. Om hieraan bij te dragen, zoeken wij een Adviseur Risicomanagement. Wat ga je doen Als Adviseur Risicomanagement maak je onderdeel uit van het Project Management Office (PMO), maar ligt de focus van je werkzaamheden binnen projecten (eerste lijn). Je sluit aan bij meerdere projectteams en bent daarin verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van risicomanagement. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat risico's tijdig, volledig en gestructureerd in beeld zijn en dat projectteams hier actief op sturen. Binnen projecten richt je het risicomanagementproces in, voer je dit uit en houd je het actueel. Je bereidt risicosessies voor, begeleidt deze en zorgt ervoor dat risico's scherp worden geïdentificeerd, geanalyseerd en beoordeeld. Deze risico's leg je vast in het risicomanagementsysteem en vertaal je naar concrete beheersmaatregelen, waarbij je de verbinding legt met planning en financiën. De voortgang van beheersmaatregelen wordt actief gemonitord, waarbij je zorgt voor duidelijke rapportages richting projectteams en stakeholders. Tegelijkertijd signaleer je trends, risico's en knelpunten binnen projecten en weet je deze te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen. In deze rol fungeer je als sparringpartner voor projectmanagers en projectteams en draag je bij aan betere onderbouwing van keuzes en besluitvorming. Met jouw inzet ontstaat meer grip op risico's en onzekerheden, neemt de voorspelbaarheid van projecten toe en wordt het risicobewustzij...
