Samen werken jullie aan duurzame en toegankelijke gemeentelijke gebouwen: van het stadhuis tot de multifunctionele centra. Waar kom je terecht? Gemeente Arnhem werkt elke dag aan een stad die inclusief en klaar voor de toekomst is. Het gemeentelijk vastgoed speelt daarin een grote rol. Denk aan het stadhuis, de multifunctionele centra en alle andere gebouwen van de gemeente. Als afdelingshoofd zorg je ervoor dat dit vastgoed duurzaam en toegankelijk is en blijft. Er ligt een uitvoeringsplan klaar met precies dat doel. Jij zorgt dat dit plan in de praktijk tot uitvoering komt. Ook de afdeling zelf is in ontwikkeling. Door de omvang is een nieuwe structuur nodig. De eerste stappen zijn al gezet, maar de verdere uitwerking moet nog gebeuren. Daarin speel jij een belangrijke rol. Je komt terecht op de afdeling Vastgoed. Hier werken circa 50 professionals met heel verschillende expertises. Je vindt er onder andere vastgoedmanagers en -adviseurs, technische experts, gebruiksbeheerders, locatiebeheerders, contractmanagers, bedrijfskundigen en medewerkers van de front- en backoffice. Je stuurt de afdeling aan samen met de coördinatoren. Vanwege vervanging zoekt de gemeente een ervaren afdelingshoofd voor deze tijdelijke opdracht. We zoeken een verbindende leider die voldoening haalt uit het leiden en ontwikkelen van mensen. Je gaat slim om met uitdagingen, zoals tijdelijke onderbezetting en lopende projecten. Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig, scherp analytisch en politiek sensitief.
