We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde AI Data Engineer met een zakelijke mindset. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving die kansen biedt om analytische vaardigheden toe te passen bij het oplossen van bedrijfsproblemen in zowel België als de rest van de Ageas Groep in andere entiteiten.

Je takenpakket:

  • Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt schaalbare, efficiënte en robuuste ETL-pijplijnen voor AI- en Machine Learning-workflows. Je zorgt voor optimale opslagstrategieën om Machine Learning-modellen en -analyses te ondersteunen. Je bewaakt en garandeert de kwaliteit, consistentie en integriteit van gegevens in systemen en bronnen. Je werkt samen met data scientists, Machine Learning-engineers en analisten om de databehoeften te begrijpen en oplossingen op maat te leveren. Je optimaliseert data workflows voor prestaties, schaalbaarheid en kosteneffectiviteit in cloud of on-premise omgevingen. Je blijft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI, Machine Learning en Big Data-technologieën om bij te dragen aan innovatieve oplossingen. Je werkt samen met Machine Learning-engineers om AI-modellen te implementeren en te zorgen voor naadloze integratie in productiesystemen. Je implementeert mechanismen om modellen te controleren en te hertrainen door real-time gegevensinvoer te leveren.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een universitair diploma in een kwantitatieve richting zoals statistiek, wiskunde, informatica of een aanverwant gebied. Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in Data Science, AI/ML of een relevante technische discipline.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in data engineering of aanverwante functies. Je bent vertrouwd met de volgende tools: Python, Spark, Azure (Data Lake, Synapse), SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Docker, TerraForm, ...).
  • Je kan problemen oplossen en creatief denken.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, en kan complexe gegevens op een duidelijke en beknopte manier voorstellen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, meerdere prioriteiten beheren en strakke deadlines halen.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe te reizen en projecten in andere entiteiten aan te nemen.
