Als Agile Coach bij Capgemini begeleid je organisaties, leiders en teams bij complexe Agile transformaties. Je werkt voor opdrachtgevers uit verschillende sectoren en komt terecht in uiteenlopende omgevingen en niveaus van Agile volwassenheid. Daarbij richt je je niet alleen op individuele teams, maar juist ook op samenwerking tussen teams, management en de bredere organisatie. Je combineert coaching en advies met organisatieontwikkeling en helpt opdrachtgevers om Agile principes daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen. Wat ga je doen Als Agile Coach houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Coachen en inspireren van individuen en teams vanuit Agile waarden en principes; - Adviseren en begeleiden van midden- en senior management bij Agile transformaties; - Afstemmen van transformatiedoelstellingen op de bredere strategie van de organisatie; - Ontwerpen en implementeren van Agile werkmodellen die processen versnellen en waardecreatie vergroten; - Verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen teams, afdelingen en management; - Ontwerpen en begeleiden van effectieve workshops en trainingen; - Adviseren over dienend en coachend leiderschap; - Onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Agile dienstverlening binnen Capgemini. Jouw team Je maakt deel uit van Agile Transformation (AT) binnen Capgemini. Hoewel je een groot deel van je tijd voor en bij opdrachtgevers werkt, heb je binnen Capgemini een vaste thuisbasis met collega's die zich eveneens bezighouden met Agile transformaties. Binnen het team is veel ruimte voor kennisdeling, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
