The posting

Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en het goed functioneren van machines en technische installaties binnen de productieomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de maintenance manager en de productieploegen om technische storingen snel en efficiënt op te lossen en stilstanden te beperken.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

Onderhoud en herstellingen

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en reinigingswerken aan machines en installaties
  • Diagnoses stellen bij technische storingen en deze efficiënt oplossen
  • Uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties, transportbanden, verpakkingslijnen en andere technische apparatuur
  • Controleren van installaties op slijtage, veiligheid en goede werking

Ondersteuning van de productie

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij het opstarten van productielijnen en bij productiewissels
  • Operatoren begeleiden en opleiden in basisbediening en eerstelijnsonderhoud
  • Communiceren met productieploegen om stilstanden en technische problemen te analyseren

Technische reinigingen

  • Reinigen van machineonderdelen volgens de geldende veiligheids- en hygiëneprocedures
  • Ondersteunen bij dieptereinigingen in zones waar productie niet mag tussenkomen
  • Onderhoud en reiniging van onder andere afzuigsystemen, filters en koelinstallaties

Basis herstellingen en interventies

  • Vervangen van lampen, sensoren, TL-buizen en armaturen
  • Ophangen van rekken, signalisatie of veiligheidsmateriaal
  • Kleine herstellingen uitvoeren in het kantoorgebouw en de cafetaria
  • Sterk technisch inzicht in mechanica en elektrotechniek (basiskennis PLC is een plus)
  • Probleemoplossend en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig (ploegenwerk of wachtdiensten mogelijk)
  • Sterk bewustzijn rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid
  • Praktische en hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Technische opleiding TSO (elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig)
  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie
  • In het bezit van een BA4- of BA5-attest
  • Kennis van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke plus
  • Heftruckattest is een pluspunt
