  • Bij onze klanten sta je in voor de vakkundige installatie en bedrijfszekere werking van nieuwe machines.
  • Ook herstellingen en preventief onderhoud neem je vlot, correct en op het afgesproken tijdstip voor je rekening en dat in lijn met de gemaakte serviceafspraken.
  • In alles wat je doet, heb je oog voor veiligheid, welzijn, orde en netheid.
  • Heeft de klant bijkomende vragen tijdens de uitvoering van je opdracht? Dan sta je hem vriendelijk, duidelijk en commercieel correct te woord.
  • Ook op administratief vlak draag jij je steentje bij aan een vlotte verwerking van de opdrachten, want jij registreert alle geleverde prestaties volledig en correct.
  • Om een optimale klantenservice en -tevredenheid te blijven garanderen, ben je bereid om voortdurend bij te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Dit verwachten wij van jou:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma op niveau van TSO (A2) of BSO (A3) in elektriciteit of mechanica.
  • Werkervaring op vlak van serviceopdrachten is zeker meegenomen.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een must en een rijbewijs C is een groot pluspunt.
  • Ben je thuis in de voedingssector? Dan heb je nog een extra streepje voor.
  • Problemen zijn er om opgelost te worden, dat is jouw positief ingesteld basismotto.
  • Je houdt ervan om zelfstandig je plan te trekken, maar bent tegelijk ook een flexibele en leergierige teamspeler.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang, hebt commerciële flair en houdt van duidelijke communicatie met klanten en collega\'s.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stressbestendig werken gaat je prima af.
