Wir bauen unsere AI-Engineering-Organisation weiter aus und suchen Verstärkung für zwei eng verbundene Teams:

º AI Product Engineering - Entwicklung AI-basierter Funktionen für unsere digitalen Produkte mit TypeScript, LLMs, Agents, RAG und Tool Calling.

º AI Platform Engineering - Entwicklung und Betrieb unserer AI-Plattform mit Azure, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Python/TypeScript, LLM Gateway, RAG, Observability und Evaluation.

DEIN JOB * Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von AI-Funktionen - von der Konzeption bis zur Produktion, darunter unser Conversational Analytics Assistant zur Abfrage von AGILOX-Flotten in natürlicher Sprache * Konzeption und Entwicklung von LLM-, Agent- und RAG-Lösungen, einschließlich Tool/Function Calling und mehrstufiger Workflows * Anbindung und Aufbereitung von Daten- und Wissensquellen sowie Integration von AI-Services in bestehende Systeme und unsere Cloud-Plattform * Auswahl und Optimierung von Modellen, Prompts und Workflows hinsichtlich Qualität, Latenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Kosten * Evaluierung neuer AI-Use-Cases und technischer Machbarkeit sowie Entwicklung und Validierung erster Prototypen * Zusammenarbeit mit Product, UX und Engineering bei Konzeption, Entwicklung und Integration neuer AI-Funktionen * Entwicklung produktionsreifer Software mit Fokus auf Korrektheit, Determinismus, Performance und Wartbarkeit - jeder Fix beginnt mit einem fehlgeschlagenen Test

DEIN PROFIL * Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit LLM-Anwendungen in Produktion - Agenten, Tool/Function Calling, RAG oder mehrstufige Workflows * Sehr gute TypeScript-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit großen, typisierten und gut getesteten Codebasen * Systems-Engineering-Denkweise - deterministische Lösungen statt cleverer Prompts und nachvollziehbare technische Entscheidungen * Praktische Erfahrung mit LLM-Evaluation und ein datenbasierter Ansatz zur Messung von Qualität * Gute Kenntnisse in APIs, Authentifizierung und Observability sowie Erfahrung bei der Integration von AI-Services in bestehende Systeme * Erfahrung mit LangChain/LangGraph, selbst betriebenen Open-Weight-Modellen (z. B. vLLM, llama.cpp) oder Semantic-/Metrics-Layern und BI/OLAP ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung mit agentischen Coding-Tools wie Claude Code oder Codex ist von Vorteil * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil * Teamfähigkeit, Freude an kontinuierlichem Lernen und Bereitschaft zum Wissensaustausch

Das monatliche Mindestbruttoentgelt für diese Position beträgt € 4.200,00 (KV IT) auf Vollzeitbasis. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
