Wat breng je mee? - Je bent sterk in het meenemen van mensen in verandering en weet technologie toegankelijk te maken op verschillende niveaus. - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met training, coaching, consultancy of change management - Sterke didactische en communicatieve vaardigheden - In staat om complexe materie simpel en toepasbaar te maken - Affiniteit met Microsoft 365, Copilot en/of AI - Nieuwsgierigheid en interesse in slimmer werken en innovatie - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende doelgroepen en niveaus - Je bent proactief en ziet waar ondersteuning nodig is Een specifieke IT-achtergrond is niet noodzakelijk.
