Das Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder Wien ist ein modernes Schwerpunktspital mit 411 Betten und mehr als 1.000 Mitarbeiter*innen. Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft sind für uns zentrale Werte, die wir auch als Medizinisches Lehrkrankenhaus und Pflegewissenschaftliches Ausbildungskrankenhaus vermitteln.

Wir suchen 1 Allgemeinmediziner*in (m/w/d) Vollzeit / Teilzeit - mit / ohne Nachtdiensten / Standort Wien

AUFGABEN

Sie gewährleisten die allgemeinmedizinische Betreuung, etablieren eine strukturierte und effiziente Patientenführung und gewährleisten so einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Stationsalltag. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachärzte- und Pflegeteam übernehmen Sie die operative Organisation der täglichen Stationsarbeit, sind verantwortlich für die Therapieplanung bzw. -überwachung, begleiten die Facharztvisite und sind für die Ausarbeitung der Visite zuständig. Sie sind Erstansprechpartner für stationäre Patient*innen und deren Angehörige. Medizinische Auszubildende werden von Ihnen eingeschult und angeleitet.

KOMPETENZEN

* Ius practicandi (Allgemeinmediziner*in)

* Aufrechtes Notarztdiplom

* Strukturiertes Arbeiten, organisatorisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Interdisziplinäres Denken und Freude am interprofessionellen Arbeiten sowie zielgerichtete, klare Kommunikation

* Bedarfsorientierter Umgang mit Patient*innen (empathische Patientenkommunikation)

* Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen

* Erfahrung im Akutambulanzbetrieb wünschenswert

* Identifizierung mit der Wertehaltung der Barmherzigen Brüder und deren Ethik, wie sie sich im Ethik-Codex ausdrückt (siehe https://www.barmherzige-brueder.at/portal/ethikcodex/home)

Zusätzlich abgegolten werden Überstunden sowie Nacht- und Wochenenddienste. Vordienstzeiten werden entsprechend den KV-Bestimmungen angerechnet und erhöhen das Einstiegsgehalt.
