Als allround begeleider krijg jij energie om onze cliënten in de meest acute fase van hun ziekteproces te ondersteunen. Je begeleidt hen op de weg naar herstel, ondanks de complexe problematiek. Bovendien maak jij graag het verschil in een dynamische werkomgeving. Onze gecertificeerde HIC Volwassenen richt zich op cliënten van 18 jaar en ouder met ernstige en acute psychiatrische aandoeningen. Hier is geen dag hetzelfde. Als allround begeleider bied je dagelijkse structuur en ondersteuning, maar speel je ook een cruciale rol in het observeren en signaleren van gedrag. Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het herstelproces van cliënten. Je werkt samen in een hecht multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit onder andere psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, activiteitenbegeleiders, PMT'ers, sportbegeleiders en ervaringsdeskundigen. Jullie delen één doel: cliënten helpen bij hun weg naar herstel. En verder: - Motiveer en stimuleer je onze cliënten in hun zelfstandigheid; - Neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen; - Help je in de doorontwikkeling van de afdeling; - Werk je in onregelmatige diensten. Wie ben jij? Voor de rol van allround begeleider is het essentieel dat je de juiste balans weet te vinden tussen empathie tonen en grenzen stellen waar nodig. Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en kunt goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties. Daarnaast draag je graag bij aan de ontwikkeling van zowel de behandeling van cliënten als de afdeling en haar processen. Verder beschik je over: - Een diploma mbo of hbo-diploma, bijvoorbeeld in de richting: Maatschappelijk Werk- en Dienstverlening, SPH, of Social Work met uitstroom GGZ Agoog; - Minima...
