Wij maken techniek slim, efficiënt en duurzaam. Daarom zoeken we een Allround Beheertechnicus die storingen oplost, systemen onderhoudt en klanten blij maakt. Jij zorgt dat alles werkt en blijft werken. Salaris €3.700 - €5.000 p/m Vakantie 25 dagen + 13 ADV Standplaats Oldenzaal Vakgebied Beheer & Service Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Beheertechnicus ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het beheer en onderhoud van onze technische installaties. Jij zorgt voor een optimale werking van installaties bij diverse klanten binnen de utiliteit. Dat betekent veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en impact in je werk. - Los je storingen op, voer je preventief onderhoud uit en doe je technische inspecties bij uiteenlopende klanten - Houd je toezicht op werkzaamheden van onderaannemers - Controleer je of alles voldoet aan veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen - Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op locatie en geef je advies over bestaande meet- en regeltechniek Wie zoeken wij? Als Allround Beheertechnicus kun je zelfstandig werken maar ook prima samenwerken met klanten, collega's en onderaannemers. Met jouw klantgerichte aanpak denk je in oplossingen en vertaal je dit naar een praktische werkwijze. - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als Allround Beheertechnicus - Heb je mbo werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting - Ervaring met gebouwbeheersystemen en meet- en regeltechniek (zoals Priva, Webeasy, Wago, Loxone of Siemens) - Heb je affiniteit met zowel elektro- als installatietechniek Wat krijg je van ons?
