Ruitersportvereniging de Hoge Devel in Zwijndrecht is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Allround Stalmedewerker / Stalmedewerkster voor 32 uur per week. Over ons Ruitersportvereniging de Hoge Devel is een 5-sterren FNRS manege annex pensionstal. Onze accommodatie biedt onderdak aan circa 40 manegepaarden en -pony's en een pensionstal met ongeveer 55 paarden. Samen met een hecht team zorgen wij dagelijks voor het welzijn van de dieren, tevreden ruiters en een verzorgde accommodatie. Wat ga je doen? Als allround stalmedewerker zorg je samen met collega's voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op stal en het terrein. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het uitmesten en opstrooien van de stallen (in teamverband);(met purple packer) - Het voeren van de paarden en pony's; - Paarden en pony's binnen en buiten zetten / losgooien; - Het helpen en te woord staan van manegeklanten voor aanvang van de lessen; - Onderhoud aan de rijbanen; - Schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden op het terrein en in de kantine; - Alle overige voorkomende werkzaamheden die je op een manege tegenkomt. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een echte aanpakker met een hart voor paarden en mensen: - Je hebt ruime ervaring met paarden (bij voorkeur 2 tot 4 jaar werkervaring in de sector); - Je hebt minimaal een MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent minimaal 21 jaar oud; - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend functioneren; - Je beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en bent klant- en diervriendelijk; - Je hebt een flexibele instelling en geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit; - Je bent beschikbaar voor wiss...
