Je gaat langs, brengt in kaart wat er speelt en kijkt samen wat er nodig is om weer grip te krijgen. Je stelt zelfstandig een plan op, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij als dat nodig is. Ook in onverwachte of lastige situaties blijf je rustig en weet je wat je moet doen. WAT JE GAAT DOEN Je start je dag met het doornemen van je planning en gaat daarna op pad. Je bezoekt cliënten thuis of spreekt af in de wijk. Je werkt met mensen waar vaak meerdere dingen tegelijk spelen.
