Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming in de logistieke sector, met een dynamische werksfeer én internationale uitstraling in de regio Zwijndrecht, zijn we op zoek naar een AP accountant om het finance team te versterken.

Je werkt binnen een professioneel en collegiaal finance team en krijgt de kans om end-to-end ownership te nemen over het leveranciersproces, bij te dragen aan procesverbetering en automatisering, en samen te werken met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners.

AP accountant - job omschrijving

  • End-to-end AP-beheer & e-facturatie (Peppol): van factuurontvangst tot betaling en afsluiting, inclusief first-time-right verwerking en samenwerking met leveranciers/softwarepartners.
  • Maandafsluiting & rapportering: beheren van AP-provisies/accruals, balansreconciliaties, en ageing-analyses.
  • Betalingsbeheer & cash planning: voorbereiden, reviewen en vrijgeven van betalingsruns, bewaken van betaaltermijnen en afstemming met treasury.
  • Vendor master data & compliance: onboarding, datakwaliteit, btw-/IBAN-checks, interne controles en audit-ready administratie.
  • Het optimaliseren en automatiseren van processen, duidelijke communicatie met leveranciers en interne teams, en bijdragen aan audit- en IT-projecten.

AP accountant - profiel

  • Beschikt over reeds een aantal jaar ervaring in Accounts Payable of een gelijkaardige rol, met sterke kennis van maandafsluiting, cut-off en het zelfstandig opstellen van AP-provisies en balansafstemmingen.
  • Heeft praktische ervaring met e-facturatie en is vlot met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Business Central.
  • Zeer goede Excel-vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met ownership.
  • Communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn een plus.
