Arbeidsjurist Functieomschrijving Als senior arbeidsjurist ben jij het juridische aanspreekpunt voor alle arbeidsrechtelijke en rechtspositionele vraagstukken binnen de provincie. Je adviseert HR-collega's en biedt tweedelijnsadvies aan het management bij complexe casuïstiek, zoals arbeidsrechtelijke procedures. Je denkt strategisch mee bij het opstellen van personeelsbeleid en ontwikkelopgaven en neemt deel aan onderhandelingen met het lokaal overleg. Verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren over complexe arbeidsrechtelijke en rechtspositionele vraagstukken. - Begeleiden en adviseren bij arbeidsrechtelijke procedures. - Bijdragen aan strategische personeelsbeleid en ontwikkelopgaven. - Signaleren, vertalen en toetsen van relevante interne en externe ontwikkelingen, jurisprudentie en wetswijzigingen. - Implementeren en toelichten van arbeidsvoorwaarden op basis van wet, CAO en lokale afspraken. - Deelnemen aan onderhandelingen met het lokaal overleg. Samenwerking Belangrijke samenwerkingspartners: collega-arbeidsjuristen, de adviseur medezeggenschap en het Interprovinciaal Overleg (IPO). Aansturing Leiding: Je voert je werkzaamheden uit onder leiding en toezicht van een teamleider. Werktijden en locatie - Werkdagen en -tijden: maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 07:30 en 18:00 uur. - Thuiswerken: maximaal 50% van de werkuren. - Verplichte kantoordag: dinsdag (aanwezigheid van veel teamleden en belangrijke overleggen). Overige voorwaarden Persoonlijke uitvoering: De werkzaamheden dienen persoonlijk te worden uitgevoerd; vrije vervanging is niet toegestaan. Eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als arbeidsjurist binnen een overheidsorganisatie of andere politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving - Aantoonbare werkervaring met vraagstukken op het gebied van sociaal zekerheidsrecht en pensioenrechtelijke vraagstukken - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het adviseren op strategisch niveau - De kandidaat voegt een persoonlijke motivatie...
