Assetmanager Vastgoed favorite_border Functie Assetmanager Vastgoed binnen het team Vastgoedstrategie en -exploitatie. Je werkt aan het beheren en exploiteren van de gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille en ondersteunt maatschappelijke organisaties en verenigingen bij hun huisvestingsvraagstukken. Werkzaamheden - Matchen van de gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille (meer dan 200 panden) met maatschappelijke gebruikers; focus op sociaal-culturele accommodaties. - Behandelen van huisvestingsvragen van maatschappelijke organisaties en zoeken naar passende oplossingen. - Zorgen voor goede huisvesting en dienstverlening voor huurders en een optimale exploitatie van het vastgoed. - Opstellen van huurovereenkomsten en bijhouden van mutaties en verzoeken van huurders binnen de portefeuille. - Regelmatig afstemmen met huurders, beleidsafdelingen, specialisten, bouwkundigen en de afdeling Financiën. - Incidenteel begeleiden van aan- of verkoopprocessen van panden, samen met de portefeuillemanager. Doel van de functie Het realiseren van een optimale aansluiting tussen de beschikbare vastgoedportefeuille en de behoeften van gebruikers, met als doel een maximaal maatschappelijk en financieel resultaat van het gemeentelijk vastgoed. Team & samenwerking Je werkt binnen een team van assetmanagers, portefeuillemanagers, adviseurs en specialisten. Intensieve samenwerking met huurders en collega's van verschillende beleidsafdelingen, specialisten, bouwkundigen en de afdeling Financiën is onderdeel van de functie. Aansturing De dagelijkse samenwerking vindt plaats binnen het team; bij aan- en verkooptrajecten werk je samen met de portefeuillemanager. Je rapporteert en stemt je werkzaamheden af met betrokken collega's en leidinggevenden binnen het team.
