The posting

Le/La titulaire du poste est directement rattaché(e) à l'encadrement de Production (Responsable de Production / Responsables d'UAP).

Assurer le support administratif quotidien du département de Production.

Garantir la conformité de la documentation technique en stricte application des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF / GMP) et des règles de Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement (HSE).

Activités et Tâches Principales:

Gestion Documentaire et Qualité (BPF/GMP)

  • Mettre en forme, enregistrer et diffuser la documentation technique (procédures, modes opératoires, formulaires).
  • Classer et archiver rigoureusement les dossiers de lots, les rapports de déviations et les données de production pour garantir une traçabilité totale.
  • Préparer les dossiers documentaires en vue des audits qualité et des inspections réglementaires. Soutien Opérationnel et Gestion des Données
  • Saisir les données de production et de suivi des indicateurs (KPI) dans les systèmes informatiques (ex: ERP).
  • Rédiger les comptes-rendus des réunions d'équipe et des points sécurité menés par l'encadrement. Suivi RH et Logistique du Département
  • Assister dans la gestion du planning des formations obligatoires (BPF, sécurité, habilitations) du personnel de production.
  • Inventorier et approvisionner les consommables de bureau et les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) pour les équipes.

Profil recherché

  • Niveau d'études : CESS (Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur) requis, impérativement avec une orientation scientifique (Sciences, Chimie, ou option technique apparentée) permettant de comprendre le jargon de la production pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience : Une première expérience administrative d'au moins 2 ans, idéalement acquise dans un environnement industriel réglementé (pharmacie, chimie fine ou agroalimentaire). Compétences Techniques (Savoir-faire)
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et lu indispensable (lecture de procédures globales, de manuels techniques et rédaction de mails ou de statuts simples en anglais).
  • Informatique : Maîtrise courante des outils de bureautique (Pack Office : Word, Excel avancé) et idéalement d'un logiciel de gestion type SAP ou d'une GED (Gestion Électronique des Documents).
  • Qualité : Sensibilisation aux normes de qualité (BPF/GMP) et aux règles d'intégrité des données (Data Integrity).
