  • Je bent verantwoordelijk van A tot Z voor horecaprojecten in heel België: van voorbereiding tot uitwerking.
  • Je werkt plannen uit en past bestaande concepten technisch toe in concrete inrichtingsprojecten.
  • Je tekent nauwkeurig mee in Archicad en helpt bij de voorbereiding van uitvoeringsdossiers.
  • Je stelt meetstaten op en ondersteunt bij calculaties, budgetopvolging en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Je verzamelt, structureert en controleert projectinformatie, tekeningen en begeleidende documenten.
  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve opvolging van projecten en het commerciële voortraject.
  • Je volgt afspraken, deadlines en acties op met klanten, aannemers, onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Je gaat op termijn mee naar werven en helpt om de uitvoering praktisch en overzichtelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiënte werkingsstructuren binnen het team en leert stap voor stap hoe een project van voorbereiding tot oplevering wordt begeleid.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma architect, bouwkundig tekenaar, interieurarchitect, interieurvormgever of een gelijkwaardige opleiding of ervaring.
  • Je hebt juist jouw bachelor of master afgewerkt en zoekt een eerste boeiende werkervaring of je bent reeds 3 jaar werkzaam in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in commerciële inrichtingsprojecten, horeca, retail en technische uitvoering.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met Archicad of kunt aantonen dat je het programma snel en grondig kunt leren.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Word en Excel.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met projectleiders, interieurarchitecten, klanten en uitvoerende partners.
  • Je bent accuraat, georganiseerd en verantwoordelijk: een kleine fout kan gevolgen hebben wanneer een werf onder tijdsdruk wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vraagt tijdig informatie wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om op termijn regelmatig verplaatsingen naar werven en klanten te maken.
