Bij ADVION krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in controlling, terwijl je tegelijkertijd dicht op de dagelijkse financiële praktijk blijft. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de Financieel Manager en krijgt een brede rol: van financiële administratie en maandafsluitingen tot rapportages, analyses en het verbeteren van processen. Juist omdat ADVION volop bezig is met verdere professionalisering en digitalisering, krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken én verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Wat ga je doen? Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Beheren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; - Verwerken van inkomende facturen en bankafschriften; - Boeken van loonjournaalposten; - Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen; - Meewerken aan budgetten, rapportages en financiële analyses; - Ondersteunen bij accountantscontroles; - Verbeteren en digitaliseren van financiële werkprocessen; - Meedenken over een efficiënte inrichting en het gebruik van het ERP-systeem. Het ene moment ben je dus bezig met de cijfers van vandaag, het volgende moment kijk je samen met de Financieel Manager naar een rapportage of naar een financieel proces dat slimmer kan worden ingericht. Daarmee is dit een interessante functie als je al een goede basis binnen finance hebt en jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen richting controlling. Je krijgt een brede financiële functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid kunt pakken en tegelijkertijd nog veel kunt leren.
