Een afwisselende baan waarin je klanten helpt, collega's motiveert, meebouwt aan een sterk team en elke dag zichtbaar resultaat ziet. Dit wordt jouw baan Als assistent filiaal manager bij GAMMA Bergen op Zoom ben jij de rechterhand van de bouwmarktmanager. Je zorgt dat de winkel soepel draait, klanten goed worden geholpen en dat collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en neemt de leiding wanneer dat nodig is. In deze rol als teamleider en coördinator houd jij overzicht in de dagelijkse winkelvoering. Je helpt mee met de planning, stuurt collega's aan en ziet commerciële kansen in de winkel. Ook denk je mee over hoe het team, de winkelpresentatie en de klantbeleving steeds beter kunnen worden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het coachen, motiveren en aansturen van collega's; - meewerken op de winkelvloer en klanten praktisch advies geven; - signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan verkoopresultaten; - bewaken van voorraad, winkelpresentatie en planning; - opstellen van roosters en ondersteunen bij personeelsontwikkeling; - openen en sluiten van het filiaal.
